We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your electronic product, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may return products under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened headphones, earphones, and personal care electronics cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Custom or personalized products
- Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair
3. How to Request a Return
Please follow these steps:

- We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the product securely and send it to the return address provided
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return parcels
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
6. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video showing the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to change a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Warranty Claims
Many of our electronics come with a manufacturer’s warranty (6–24 months, depending on the product). If your item develops a fault after the return period:

- We’ll assist with the warranty process or replacement
