1. Eligibility for Return

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened headphones, earphones, and personal care electronics cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair

3. How to Request a Return

Please follow these steps:

  3. Pack the product securely and send it to the return address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return parcels

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

6. Damaged or Faulty Products

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to change a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
